यह टूल क्या करता है
यह URL encoder और decoder spaces, non-ASCII characters और reserved symbols को %XX percent-encoding में बदलता है, और encoded text को readable form में वापस लाता है। मुख्य control scope switch है। Component scope में यह encodeURIComponent और decodeURIComponent इस्तेमाल करता है, जो :, /, ?, # और & separators को भी encode करते हैं, ताकि single query-parameter value intact रहे। Full-URL scope में encodeURI और decodeURI इस्तेमाल होते हैं, जो structural characters को छोड़ते हैं ताकि पूरी link usable रहे। Result एक action से copy किया जा सकता है। Decode input में incomplete या invalid percent-escape sequence हो तो tool guess करने के बजाय error report करता है। यह URL valid है या नहीं check नहीं करता, request नहीं करता, redirects follow नहीं करता या link safety scan नहीं करता; Base64 conversion, query-string builder या parameter editor नहीं है; form-urlencoded plus-for-space conversion नहीं है; batch या file processing नहीं है। जो paste करते हैं और जो output आता है, दोनों browser में रहते हैं और LocalTools पर upload नहीं होते।
