- No. The file is read and rewritten in your browser tab with pdf-lib.
- Does it change the original file?
- No. The original file is only read; the watermarked version is downloaded as a separate PDF.
- Can I remove the watermark later?
- This tool writes visible text onto each page. Keep the original file if you may need an unmarked copy.
