What this tool does
This tool merges PDF files entirely in the browser. Pick two or more PDFs in the file picker; the browser's selection order becomes the merge order, and every page of every selected document is copied into one output in that order. pdf-lib builds the result locally and downloads it as merged.pdf. The scope is whole-file concatenation only: there is no drag-and-drop page reordering and no per-page selection, and no PDF editing, compression, format conversion, OCR, signing or password removal. There is no cloud storage, share link or account history. No fixed size limit is promised because the practical ceiling depends on browser memory, and encrypted or malformed PDFs may fail to load. The selected documents and the merged result are never uploaded to LocalTools.
