What this tool does
Booklet printing needs pages arranged in a special order, such as last page next to first page, so folding printed sheets puts everything back in reading order. This tool builds that two-up layout in your browser. It preserves page content as embedded PDF pages and adds blank slots only where the booklet math requires them.
How to use it
- Choose the PDF you want to print as a booklet.
- Check the detected page count, sheet count and padded page count.
- Generate the imposed PDF and print it duplex from your PDF reader.
Privacy
This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your input is never uploaded, stored or shared — closing the tab removes it.
Frequently asked questions
- Does this print the booklet for me?
- No. It creates the imposed PDF. Use your PDF reader's duplex printing settings for the physical print.
- Why are blank pages added?
- Booklets need page counts divisible by four. Blank slots keep the fold order correct.
- Is the document uploaded?
- No. The page order is calculated and the new PDF is created in your browser.
