What this tool does
Pixel density (pixels per inch) tells you how sharp a display looks at normal viewing distance. It comes from the diagonal resolution in pixels — found with the Pythagorean theorem from width and height — divided by the physical diagonal size in inches.

- Pixel pitch is the physical distance between the centers of two adjacent pixels, measured in millimeters. A smaller pitch means a sharper image.
