What this tool does
For approvals, receipts and informal workflows, a visible signature label is often enough to show intent. This tool draws typed signature text onto the PDF page and saves a new copy in the browser. It does not create a cryptographic digital signature, verify identity or upload your document.
How to use it
- Choose the PDF you want to mark.
- Type the signature text and choose where it should appear.
- Generate and download the signed PDF copy.
Privacy
This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your input is never uploaded, stored or shared — closing the tab removes it.
Frequently asked questions
- Is this a legally verified digital signature?
- No. It is a visible signature stamp only. Use a certificate-based signing service when identity verification is required.
- Can I sign every page?
- Yes. Choose all pages if the same visible signature should be added throughout the PDF.
- Does the PDF leave my browser?
- No. The file is processed locally and the result downloads from the page.
