What this tool does
PDF metadata is separate from the visible pages. It can include a title, author, subject, keywords, creator and producer, which may expose who made the file or what software produced it. This tool loads the PDF locally, lets you clear those fields, and writes a new copy without sending the document to a server.
How to use it
- Choose the PDF you want to clean.
- Click Clear all fields, or edit only the fields you want changed.
- Save the changes and download the cleaned PDF copy.
