What this tool does
Each page loads into a numbered list showing its position in the original file. Moving it up or down swaps it with its neighbor, which is slower than dragging but survives a shaky touchscreen or a screen reader, and keeps the whole reorder undoable one step at a time; Reset order puts every page straight back to its original position. The new page order is only written into a downloaded copy, never back into the file you chose.
How to use it
- Choose a PDF file; every page appears in a numbered list in its original order.
- Use the up and down arrows next to a page to move it through the stack.
- Press Generate reordered PDF and download the result.
Privacy
This tool runs entirely in your browser. Your input is never uploaded, stored or shared — closing the tab removes it.

- Can I drag pages instead of using the arrows?
- The tool uses move-up and move-down buttons instead of drag-and-drop, so reordering stays reliable on touchscreens and with a keyboard or screen reader.
- Does this change my original file?
- No. The original PDF is only read in your browser; the new order is written into a separate PDF you download.
- Can I undo a move?
- Move a page back with the opposite arrow, or press Reset order to put every page back where it started.
- Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?
- No. Everything runs with pdf-lib in your browser tab; nothing is sent to a server.
